This Category 1 heritage home in Herne Bay was given a full renovation, inside and out. The KFB team restored the exterior, then renovated four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, lounge, hallways and stairs. The home was also extended by 150m², with a 70m² excavation creating a new sub-basement.

Outside, the front landscaping includes new driveway, victorian-style rose garden and in-ground retention tanks.  The rear features an outdoor fireplace and retaining walls.
