Ngā Iwi Apartments is a $30 million development that began during COVID-19. By the time KFB took over the failed project management contract, the build had fallen two years behind schedule. The KFB team got it back on track, acting as the bridge between the developer, contractors and owners, and brought it to completion in just under a year, with all parties satisfied.
