Karl is the best builder I've ever seen. He is not only good at planning the project but also has a excellent tradesmanship. Very accurate on the take off of the materials. Also he always comes up a number of different options for us and recommand the best one to us. The performance of himself and his team was outstanding and exceeded our expectation. I will say to those whom is looking for a builder either for renovation or new build, if you meet Karl, you wouldn't need to call another builder to quote your project.
