Eden Shop
Sub Basement Addition, Repair
The ‘Eden Shop’. Created 2 new storeys in the sub-level basement and new storage area. Also re-under pinned 110 year old brick walls. With the new work done the retail shop floor space increased by a whopping 150%.
DianneAddition, Repair
During 2004 we did a major alteration to our retail premises on Mt Eden Road.
This consisted of developing an unusable two storey basement and creating a sub basement area for storage and a second retail floor out of the space.
Being an old shop, originally built in 1915 this created a number of problems some of which only became obvious during the construction.
During the whole process we found Karl worked well with us.. He was good at keeping us informed and dealt well with any issues or problems as they arose. He was excellent in dealing with the council, Architects and any of the subcontractor. We have been very pleased with the work he did and would have no hesitation in recommend him as a builder and/or Project manager. Dianne McCallum
