Chev House
New Deck and Verandah
The ‘Chev House’ is a modest Bungalow, As the existing deck was to small and rotting.
KFBuilders removed the old and replaced it with a new large deck, Acrylic balastrades and handrails and a new covered verandah was added to extend the outdoor living space.
KFBuilders also installed a new trench drain to the front of their existing garage to prevent flooding and connected the verandah to the stormwater system.
The client can now entertain in the private outdoor space.
