This was a small job that took approximately 7weeks.

It was a re sited hm placed on a site with a small separate granny flat to the back of the site.

Our specs were to upgrade the hm with a new Bathroom, new extra bedroom, new kitchen, new laundry, new decks and exterior stairs, and to up grade and make good all surfaces to exterior cladding and interior linings, to project manage all other contractors and organise all inspection and council processes.
